How long will it take to process my new order and ship my drugs?

Your order may take up to 3 days to process and up to 3 weeks provided that there are no problems with your order (i.e. missing information, credit card processing difficulties). All Canadian orders must be verified by a licensed Canadian Doctor and then dispensed by a licensed Canadian Pharmacist.

Delivery times can be unpredictably delayed by customs or holidays. Please try to order 3-4 weeks in advance in case you suffer a customs delay.



What happens if my shipment takes longer than 3 weeks?

If a shipment does not arrive within 3 weeks of placing your order, contact us at 1-800-784-2309. Within 3 business days your order will be reshipped or you may choose to receive a full refund.



Can my family members prescription drug order be combined in the same box to save on shipping?

Members of the same household can be shipped combined orders of prescription drugs and non prescription drug items in the same package box for one shipping charge. If ordering online please create a separate order for each person and then contact us at 1-800-784-2309 or e-mail us so we can combine the orders for you.


 

Do I need a Prescription to order Canadian Prescription Drugs?

Yes. We require a prescription for all medications. Just like your local pharmacy we require a valid prescription from a physician licensed to practice in your area of residence.


Does my doctor have to know that I am getting my prescriptions filled by a Canadian company?

No, but your physician should be informed of all details of your medical condition.


Can my doctor fill in and fax/send in the patient questionnaire for me?

Yes, however this is not a requirement. All of the necessary information can be sent in on your own.


 

What is a "generic" drug?

A "generic" drug is the exact same medicine as the "name brand" product but made by a competing company. Canada has some of the highest standards and strictest guidelines in the world for the manufacturing of "generic" drugs. While many people believe that "generic" drugs are somehow a different medication, they are not. They are the same medication in terms of effectiveness, available at a much lower price.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Master Card, Visa, personal checks or international money orders made out in US funds.


Am I obligated to pay any form of sales tax when I order my drugs from you?

No. We do not charge any form of sales tax on your purchases.

How much can I purchase at one time?

You may purchase only a maximum of a 3-month supply (100 days) of each of your medications provided that you have a valid prescription for that supply of medication. If your physician writes a prescription for more than a 3-month supply, we can fill those as refills as they come due.


Your website/literature quotes a price based on different quantities than my prescription calls for - will you still be able to fill my prescription?

Yes, we can fill the quantities listed on the website provided the American prescription has sufficient refills authorized.

Once my refills have been exhausted can my physician fax you with more refills?

Yes, your doctor can fax us a new prescription with additional refills or if you prefer we can fax your doctor for the refill request.


How long will it take to get refills on prescription drugs?

Prescription drug refills can take up to 3 weeks for shipping.

What is your return policy on shipments?

In accordance with the Regulations of the Manitoba Pharmaceutical Act, it is unlawful for a Pharmacy to accept Medication for return or re-distribution once dispensed. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds once we have shipped your medication.

However, we will exchange prescription drugs, in the event of damage or a defect in the prescription drug.

I have a child that is under eighteen years of age. Do I have to sign the Authorization and Release Form on his/her behalf?

Yes. Since we only deal with people who have met "the age of majority." If you are purchasing on the behalf of a minor, we will require the parents'/guardians' signature in the Authorization and Release Form.

Are all drugs available in the US available in Canada?

No. We do not have all medications that are available in other parts of the world. We do have the majority of medications available in the U.S. and in Canada.


Why do some drugs have different names in Canada?

These are trade or brand names registered by the manufacturer. In different countries manufacturers will often use different trade names. The medications have the same active ingredients, but may look different and have a different trade name. For example, Prilosec (US) and Losec (Canada).


Why do we not sell all drugs?

We legally can not ship any narcotic or controlled substance across the border. We also will not sell any potentially habit-forming medications.

Will you accept my insurance?

Unfortunately, No. Our Canadian Pharmacy is located in Canada and because of this we can not accept any foreign insurance. We will, however, provide you with a proper receipt for insurance purposes. Your insurance company may or may not accept our receipts.
